Welding helmets are designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, spatter, and harmful light rays under normal welding conditions. They will not protect against severe impact hazards or hazardous substances. This helmet must be used with impact-resistant, primary eye protection: spectacles or goggles which meet current safety and manufacturing standards. This Auto-Darkening Filter (ADF) provides limited protection to the eyes. It complies with ANSIZ 87.1 and CEN 379 for UV/IR protection. It will not protect you against all hazards. Some conditions can exceed the ADF’s capacity to provide protection and could result in serious injury. Inspect the ADF before and after each use by following the inspection instructions. Do not alter the ADF or attach any item not recommended by the manufacturer. Follow the instructions provided with the CrystalClear ADF. Failure to follow all warnings and instructions could result in serious injury
